The City of Keokuk Finance Department is responsible for providing and maintaining accurate and timely financial data for the City Council, City Departments and the citizens.
The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining internal controls to protect City assets from loss. It is responsible for the timely preparation of various financial reports and compliance with local, state and federal policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
The Finance Department is responsible for providing financial information to the department heads and the City Council for budget deliberations.
