Keokuk, Iowa’s local government is headed by a full-time mayor, a Finance Director as well as a City Clerk. Other management staff includes a Public Works/City Engineer Director, Community Development Director, Parks and Bridge, Street, Sanitation, Sewer, Cemetery and Waste Treatment Department supervisors. Keokuk also maintains highly professional fire and police chiefs.
